Play the Prophet

Everyone — it seems — has an idea on how men ought to and ought not to behave, but few have offered much in the way of a path forward. The expectation of our culture is that man needs to give up on masculinity and become less manly to fit into society. The truth is that masculinity is not the problem. Masculinity is actually a part of what God calls men to be for their families and their community. It’s about playing the man by embracing your role as prophet, priest, protector, and provider.
